CHICOPEE — A venerable downtown restaurant that was shut down and then revived nearly a decade ago is being sold to a philanthropic organization.
The Collegian Court’s last day of operation as a restaurant is June 17. In July, the building is slated to be sold to the Melha Shriners to be used as their headquarters, said William Stetson, the restaurant’s owner.
